From 1st April 2015, the NHS directed that all practices are required to allocate a named accountable GP to all patients.

All patients have at this practice have been assigned a named GP, and you can find out who this is at your next interaction with the practice.

There will be no impact on the service you receive regarding the provision of appointments, your treatment, or which GP you can see.

The name of your allocated GP will not necessarily be the one you see most regularly.

Please be assured that you can still access all of our medical team in exactly the same way as before.

Online Access Statement

The Surgery is planning to offer, by 31st March 2016, an online facility for patients to view  detailed coded data within their medical record.

Online Systems

We are planning to offer, by 31st March 2015, an online facility for patients to view areas of their medical records such as a summary of information relating to medications, allergies and adverse reactions.  If patients require access to other areas of their record they will need to speak with a GP.  Please contact the practice to arrange this.   There will also be a facility to download or print the information.
